Incredible service experience! The initial phone showed up the very next day, which is rare for Northern Ireland! Sadly, this phone didn’t work with our system, but Hannah set up a pickup for it the following day and also sent us a replacement that was compatible. No problems with the second phone whatsoever. The devices are in excellent condition and refurbished really well. Honestly, one of the top companies we've enjoyed working with.

I thought I was ordering just a single headset/microphone set. But when I went to pay, the screen flipped and showed my basket was empty, so I had to start over. The second time, I picked a slightly different model, and when I got to the payment page, it closed before I realized the transaction was done, since I didn’t see a confirmation page.

Online shopping isn’t my favorite thing anyway, and this whole ordeal really tested my patience, so I just logged out. I didn’t spot any confirmation email in my inbox, so I figured both orders were canceled.

Then, two days ago, I got two packages, each with a headset/microphone inside. I thought I hadn’t completed the orders, so I checked my Junk folder and found that both had been confirmed.

It’s a bit frustrating and ended up costing me double what I intended, but I’m keeping both sets—one for home and the other for the office—since I don’t have the time to figure out how to return one.

The website isn’t the easiest to use, so I really hope they can make some improvements.

I purchased a Cisco SPA504G that was refurbished, and it arrived in excellent shape. Before this, I had wasted days trying to set up an ATA (HT812) to register, and honestly, I was ready to throw in the towel. The Cisco phone felt like a bit of a risk, but to my surprise, it came with a fresh configuration, and I had it up and running in just thirty minutes. Super happy with both Cisco and Comms Warehouse!

I was ready to give you 5 stars, but you claimed next day delivery for the whole UK, and it took from Thursday, August 5th, until Tuesday, August 10th. That ain't next day delivery, not by a long shot.

I got a fantastic IP phone - the T48 - from Comms Warehouse at a really fair price. They’ve got a massive selection of gear for every budget, and they even reached out after my purchase to check if I was all set up with the phone. Their communication was mostly solid (just remember to peek in your spam folder), but I did have to reach out for tracking info. Still, I reckon that was just a one-off issue. Parcelforce didn’t do a great job with the delivery, but that’s not on Comms Warehouse. If you’re looking for IP phones, definitely give Comms Warehouse a look!
